  • How should I maintain my coffee-maker? How often? The coffee-maker should be decalcified periodically with a special product for
    Minimoka TASs and in specialised decalcifying coffee-makers, which you can find at the shops.
    Decalcifying is done depending on the use, but with daily use of the
    coffee-maker, we recommend doing it every 6 months.
  • What type of cleaning is needed? What product should I use to clean my coffee-maker? As well as the external cleaning, which should be done frequently, the filters and
    filter baskets of the coffee-maker should be cleaned using cleaning tablets which you can find
    in the Minimoka TASs or specialised shops. We recommend doing this at least every 6 months.
  • What is the guarantee on my Minimoka coffee-maker? All Minimoka products are guaranteed for 2 years.
  • Where can I find Minimoka products? Minimoka products are sold in El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, Alcampo, Confort, Calbet, Activa, Milar and in many other specialised shops.

  • How should I maintain my slicer? How often? The only maintenance slicers require is cleaning.
  • What type of cleaning is needed? What product should I use to clean my slicer? You should clean your slicer externally using a damp cloth every time you
    use it, in order prevent excess food remaining on it. From time to time you should
    remove the blade to ensure that no excess food remains on it and also clean it with a
    damp cloth. You only need water to clean it.
  • What is the guarantee on the Demoka slicer? All Demoka products are guaranteed for 2 years.
