
Naturally sweet
Café Miel originated in Spain, but it has spread all over the world and kept its Spanish name. It consists of espresso coffee sweetened with honey and milk and spiced with cinnamon.
Ingredients
- Espresso coffee
- 100 ml of milk
- Cinnamon
- 60 g Honey
Preparation
Prepare an espresso coffee. Pour two spoonfuls of honey into a glass and add half a stick of cinnamon. Add the very hot coffee and finally top the drink with milk foam. It’s usually served in a glass (capacity of about 130 ml).
